At Quiet lotus, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

14-Day Return Window

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

After 14 days, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original resalable condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags attached
- Free from stains, scents, smoke, perfume, damage, or signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

- Items purchased through promotions
- Bundle deal items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Limited Drop collection items
- Items ordered in the wrong size

Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

- Your order number
- The item name
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Clear photos, if the item is defective or damaged

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Quiet Lotus is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit without tracking or proof of shipment.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified.
